Studio Shop Policies


I believe that integrity is important on all sides - whether we are a seller or a buyer. I have outlined some policies here but it is difficult to cover every circumstance. Please don't hesitate to ask me for clarifications or special requests.


I only accept PayPal payments. Payment must be made in full before the item is shipped. It would be greatly appreciated if you could make payments within 3 days of purchasing. Please contact me if you are not able to pay within 3 days or I will have to cancel the sale.


I ship using USPS parcel post (which takes about 5 days within the U.S.). I don't know about you, but I think the less spent on shipping the better. If you want it faster, let me know and I can use a more expensive service. Items are shipped within 5 business days of payment clearing (excluding weekends and holidays) and I will send you an email when your order has shipped.

Refunds and Exchanges

I hope your purchase meets your expectations but if there is a problem, please let me know immediately.

I will refund returned items if you are not pleased with the quality of the product. For a refund to be processed, it must be returned within 7 days of the shipment date, in its original condition, and unworn (if applicable). Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and your refund will include your purchase price (without the shipping fees).

I can do repairs to jewelry. If you need an item repaired, please contact me and we can discuss the best approach. It will be the customer’s responsibility to pay for shipping and related costs (if applicable) in case of a repair.

Additional Policies and FAQs

My studio is smoke-free but pet-friendly. There are three cats who come in and lounge about – Romeo, Stubby and Mouse - so please keep that in mind if you are very allergic to cats.

Ear Wires:
The ear wires you receive with your earrings come straight from the package and will NOT have been worn by anyone.

Custom orders:
Please contact me if you're interested in placing a custom order. I'll try to accommodate your needs, but as many of my items are made from "recycled" materials it may not be possible.

Gifts - Yippee!:
If your purchase is a gift, I will be glad to include a gift card with your message (there is no extra charge – life is short, give gifts).
